This will likely be the final PWG match for Chris Hero ever, and it could also end up being the final reDRagon match ever. (One of those things is far more depressing than the other.) What an awful way for those runs to potentially end.
This was so long. This was so boring. There was no intensity. There was no urgency. It was just needlessly methodical. There was no compelling in-ring story. For all the credit Hero deserved for his amazing 2016, his tag worked left a TON to be desired. It’s like he misunderstood all the reasons for his success as a singles star that year or just applied none of his singles match qualities to his tag work. RD won via stereo submissions. (1/4*)
