Kenny Omega vs. Roderick Strong from PWG 2009

As with many draws throughout the history of wrestling, the wrestlers involved seem to work with less motivation.

The structure here was very simple. Roddy controlled the majority of the match, and Omega made a late comeback.

The predictability of that was not one of the issues. The issues were the lack of energy that the wrestlers worked with, and the lack of spark to anything going on here.

The match ended after a double pin. Omega and Excalibur did some shenanigans afterwards that led to Omega and Roddy fighting a bit more but going to a “one-minute” draw. Eh. (*3/4)
